We currently have an ongoing inventory valued at approximately ₹4,500 crore, along with a planned launch pipeline exceeding ₹9,000 crore. This year alone, we are planning seven new project launches across multiple strategic locations.
On the delivery front, we are set to hand over more than 8,000 residences to customers, representing nearly 10 million square feet of development. This reflects not only the scale of our operations but also our commitment to execution excellence.
