VTP Realty celebrated its annual VTP Day on the 5th of January, marking the company's foundation day. This year’s event was themed “Celebrating Cultures of The World.” This brought guests and VTP Realty’s team from various departments, each contributing to their unique cultural perspectives. It provided a platform for the team to showcase their talent and creativity through performances that fostered pride. This event was not only about honoring VTP Realty’s remarkable achievement but also an opportunity to strengthen the bonds between internal teams, honoring their efforts to drive the company’s success. 

Unity In Diversity: A Vibrant Display At VTP Realty 

Reflecting the theme, all the HOD’s (Head Of Departments) selected a country and embraced their diverse culture by dressing in the respective country’s traditional attire. They enacted, danced, and presented their culture through various performances. This unique initiative showcased the diversity celebrated by VTP Realty and made the event more vibrant and engaging. 

The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp followed by an inspiring speech by the Founder and Chairman, Mr. Vilaskumar Thanmal Palresha. The Board of Directors, along with the CEO and Executive Director Mr. Sachin Bhandari shared their insights into the success of the company and celebrated the milestones achieved by VTP Realty. 

Employee Participation And Performances 

The highlight of the event was the dance and singing performances for which practices had started a month prior. This clearly depicts the anticipation of the event and how excited every single person was. This tradition has been followed for a long time which included not only employees but also the members of the management. This has always resulted in strengthening bonds between colleagues. 

Adding to the excitement, the evening featured a special segment called “Comedy Nights With VTP.” This humorous segment added a light weight to the environment and made the audience burts with laughter. The hosts, Mr. Akshay Shukla and Mr. Ritesh Madan, brought the house down with their lively and humorous segment. They engaged the 4 esteemed guests from the management team with witty, fun questions, creating an atmosphere of laughter and camaraderie. This delightful interaction added a unique and unforgettable touch to the celebration.

Amid the festivities, a special segment was dedicated to honoring the individuals who have gone above and beyond to achieve outstanding results for the brand. Recognizing their dedication served as an inspiration, motivating others to strive for excellence and reach the same level of success. This heartfelt moment was a proud celebration for all, highlighting VTP Realty’s unwavering commitment to appreciating and empowering its team members.

The event had guests and a strength of approximately 1,300 employees from different departments. It included snack breaks in between and concluded with a closing dinner. It was a blockbuster event as always and left attendees eager for the upcoming year’s annual event, as VTP Day 2025 was a great success filled with culture, tradition, laughter, and recognition. This annual celebration reflects the vibrant spirit of VTP Realty and its commitment to establish a close knit workspace.
